B2B Sales Specialist

 

We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to manage and grow our B2B client relationships, identify new business opportunities and represent the company at international exhibitions.

Your Role

As a B2B Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new B2B clients to expand the company’s client base.

  • Preparing and delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.

  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.

  • Conducting regular market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.

  • Representing the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and establish new partnerships.

  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery for B2B clients.

  • Maintaining and updating client information in the company’s CRM system.

  • Preparing regular reports on sales activities, results, and market trends for management review.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term client relationships.

  • Willingness to travel internationally to attend exhibitions and meet clients.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Advantages:

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in e-commerce or the food industry.

  • Knowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems.

  • Proficiency in additional languages, such as German, French, or Italian.
