B2B Sales Specialist
We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to manage and grow our B2B client relationships, identify new business opportunities and represent the company at international exhibitions.

Your Role
As a B2B Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Proactively identifying and pursuing new B2B clients to expand the company’s client base.

Preparing and delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.

Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.

Conducting regular market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.

Representing the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and establish new partnerships.

Collaborating with internal teams, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery for B2B clients.

Maintaining and updating client information in the company’s CRM system.

Preparing regular reports on sales activities, results, and market trends for management review.

What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:

A university degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Fluency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Willingness to travel internationally to attend exhibitions and meet clients.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
