Logistics Specialist
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to manage and optimise our logistics operations, ensuring efficient product movement and delivery, and playing a vital role in our success.

Your Role
As a Logistics Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and managing product shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Managing relationships with freight forwarders, courier companies, and other logistics providers.

Planning and optimizing transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs and improve efficiency.

Monitoring shipment status and resolving issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.

Managing warehouse inventory levels, ensuring products are stored and shipped accurately.

Preparing and maintaining shipping documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
-
Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Collaborating with procurement and sales teams to align logistics operations with business needs.

Conducting regular analyses of logistics performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Researching and negotiating terms with new logistics providers to enhance service levels.

What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:

A university degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-
Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Fluency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
